Ragtag Ventures is proud to announce the official groundbreaking of The Rowan, a 210-unit apartment community and the second of three buildings planned within the Hartung Fields Development.
Located at 2674 Botanical Drive, adjacent to The Juniper, the project marks another step forward in Ragtag Ventures’ vision of creating a connected, modern residential community in one of Dane County’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
Scheduled for completion in January 2027, The Rowan continues the momentum established by The Juniper, which opened earlier this year and has already begun shaping Fitchburg’s growing residential landscape.
